Tom's P.O.V
It started as a normal day. Nice sunrise, clear skies, birds chirping, yadda yadda yadda. I was wandering around aimlessly after sorting my chests, when I got a call on my communicator from Tucker.
"Hey man, wassup?" I ask him.
"Hey Tom, we're having a purge, did you wanna join?" Tucker's voice came through my communicator a bit gritty, because of the distance.
"Sure, I'll be there in a minute." I replied, turning off my communicator. I equipped my angel wings and flew off in the direction of the purge hall.
"Were not using armour, and we've got stone swords and infinity bows." Sonja explained the rules as I loaded my things
3rd Person P.O.V
He had never liked the sea. It had always struck a sour cord in his mind if it was brought up. Maybe it was because his parents had been lost at sea. Maybe it was because his alcoholic uncle owned a boat. If it was either of these reasons, he didn't know. All he knew, was that he hated the sea. This was why being trapped down here was torture. If he was sitting on a rotting wooden bench, in a horrible smelling room on land with his hands tied behind his back and a blindfold on, he would have been perfectly fine. But instead, he was sitting in a vile smelling room, on a rotting bench, with his hands tied behind his back and a
Finally the grass grows
The sun once more peaks from behind the clouds
Like a long game of peak a boo
Trees rejoice in the cool spring breeze
While the snow turns to slush
And the slush turns to mud
The children run, free once more
The sky is grey
And the sun seems far away
But what is this?
A small sliver of light
Flickers across the land
Dancing past the houses, the churches, the schools
It seems to decide that this is the time
For the early morning sun to finally arrive.

The music blaring through the walls from the other rooms was giving Sparklez a headache.
He growled to himself, eyes narrowing in hard concentration on his Justice System textbook. He had a test and an essay due over the material on Monday and no Friday night disco/rave was EVER going to stop him.
That didn't mean it wasn't going to tempt him, though.
His forehead sweating a bit, he looked up (neck physically craning itself) and bit his l

Jordan's POV
I sit down on the sand waiting for the others to stop going on about, well, whatever they're currently arguing about. I don't exactly know what they're talking about but if it weren't for my ridiculously timed shift I would've left an hour ago. Why I need to work as a lifeguard till midnight I'll never know since I've got three hours left and the only people left on the beach are those I'm sat with.
"Hey, Jordan!" Tom yells from the right next to me, forcing me into the conversation. Looking at the group, I don't think they're all arguing since Sonja looks vaguely annoyed at everyone and James is looking scared of the conversatio

Scattered, Chapter 5: Planning an Attack
Tucker sighed as he looked out over the ocean. The sky was darkening...fast. The crew of Captain Overturn’s ship was working quickly to prepare for an incoming storm. The pirates were buzzing like bees at the Captain’s orders. Even Prancer obeyed Overturn’s quick and sharp commands.
Before the storm, she had ordered Prancer to give Tucker a used bright blue jacket like the other pirates had. Tucker didn’t understand why he needed to change into different clothing at the time, but now the harsh incoming winds made him grateful for the extra layer.
“Hey! You!”, a gruff voice yelled, startling Tucker. He loo

Scattered, Chapter 4: Now the Fun Begins
The small, gentle waves lapped at Jordan’s body. He was unconscious on the shore of a small beach. He stirred a bit after about two hours. He wanted to move his arms and pull himself out of the cold water, however his body refused to move. It felt as if he was made of stone.
After a few more tries, he decided that this lack of movement was fine since he was incredibly tired from the Andor and Steve rescue mission. It felt like only a few minutes ago that he returned home from the mission, but it has been nearly twelve hours since then. Jordan decided that trying to move was futile and he slowly slipped back into unconsciousness.

Author's Note: The "---" means a change in scene. It's confusing, but I'll explain it in the description.
---“Tell me, how many alternate worlds do you think there are?”---
The portal was a pale blue with a deep purple in the center. White twinkles of light danced around the blue and purple hues. It seemed as if she captured the twilight night’s sky within the portal. Martha gazed at the pale light, and it mesmerized her to look at it. It felt like it was calling to her, begging her to walk through. She managed to resist the call enough to alert the rest that she created the portal to the next world.

Tom's POV
Six months and I've finally got everything in place to get in him of here. Everything has gone perfectly for tonight, even if it meant I had to get a job in this sick place. It took months to get a job in the first place but I couldn't just give up on him. It's my fault Wag was even brought here in the first place.
"Tom, are you even listening?" A voice asks, snapping me to attention. I turn to the dark-skinned guard next to me. I shrug since I don't really care what Danish is talking about. He's definitely not the worst of the people who work here but that doesn't mean everything he says is sunshine and rainbows. "I said that the g

Pietro x Reader | strange encounter
The children huddled together for warmth, the cold winter chill creeping in through the pathetic foundation of their shabby apartment. Though he was just twelve minutes older, Pietro liked to think that those twelve minutes set him very apart from his sister age-wise; he felt like he should be the more responsible one, looking out for her and taking charge. That was why he handed her his only coat, a flimsy excuse for one at that, and kissed her forehead.
"I'm going out," he whispered, throwing an eye at the thin wall that seperated their shared bedroom from his parents. "If our parents vake up, tell them you don't know vhere I am, you just
Smiffy and Ross waited two days for Trott to come back. During those two days, they stayed locked up inside the towers, constantly scanning for signs of the Ghost.
They were certain the Ghost had left the message on the wall. Smiffy had been able to detect Void magic around the burns, and Ross noticed a few hours later that the message had disappeared. Ross tried to speculate on what the message meant – why did this Ghost need help? – but Smiffy didn't want to talk about it. He still hadn't told Ross what he discovered when they went to Owl Island.
The sun was setting when they heard the familiar crack of somebody teleporting in
